I was six when my mother took me to Central Park to see the cardboard and tin shacks the depression had caused folks to call their home. I grew up in the FDR era where helping the average Joe put him and the whole country back on his feet.
Obama, is the one whose ideas, character and leadership skills can again bring America into Good Times. The way the young have worked for his election as volunteers, gives me hope that the future may yet be better than the present.
